The curves adjustment is an extremely versatile tool when it comes to photo editing. In this video I show three different ways you can use curves using Adobe® Photoshop®: adding contrast, reducing contrast, and also applying a split toning effect. In addition to showing how to make these adjustments, I also break down and simplify the curves adjustment to help you understand why you would move the curve a certain way.
