This was a unique experience where the customers drove the direction of the course. The pace was perfect and each week we got 5 short videos demonstrating an aspect of the software. We were also involved in asking questions and submitting our photos for follow-up the next week. I highly recommend this course and this instructor.

Most enjoyable and informative Nicolesy course yet. Providing a primer course for participants preceding the actual course was a very much appreciated feature. I also found the somewhat novel idea of letting participants actually mold and direct the focus of the course to be really refreshing. The weekly Q&A sessions were very informative (my only quibble being that there is never be enough time to address everyone's questions). KUDOS to Nicole.

I loved this training as it wasn’t a walk through on how to use ON1 but rather how to use it’s best features. This training was very well done. Even though she uses Lightroom for her normal work flow Nicole is very experienced with ON1 Raw and this training showed her great knowledge.

In general the course was tailored to student needs since each week's videos were driven by student questions and stated objectives. Each Friday was eagerly anticipated since that was when we got the new videos and tutorials. We were introduced to the main capabilities of the ON1 Photo Raw and drilled down on specific areas like masking and use of textures. Course materials were useful for practice sessions. Well worth the cost and time.

Nicole is an excellent teacher. I've learned about tools and techniques that I've read about but now I'm able to use. Her easy to follow steps can be applied to your own photos to get the desired result. The videos are the best. I look forward to her next course.

United StatesMy thoughts of on1 Discovery course
To start off I don't have an expensive camera that takes raw photos. A lot of time was spent on showing how great it works with adjusting raw photos. My camera only takes JPEG pictures. I was expecting more of a general overview of how to use all the features of the program. If you wanted to add textures to your photos then this was a course for you. If you wanted to know more about using the blend modes and curves color adjustments you were just told to play around with the sliders in the program. In short I was disappointed with course.

A great value because the course teaches On1 one bite at a time. For a 70+ techno challenged senior citizen this is a must. I appreciate the program very much and have learned more from it then some others that go too fast and perhaps too deep for me to follow.

Wonderful 6 week video course. I learned some things about Luminosity Masking & Composite editing. Picked up a few short-cut key strokes along the way as well. With her usual attention to detail, Nicole provides just the right amount of detail to get started/continue earning how to use On1 Photo Raw 2019 without descending into minutiae. Although I was unable (due to travel demands) to take the course real-time, I have downloaded all lessons and am in the midst of viewing/absorbing them. You cannot but help yourself better understand how to use On1 Raw 2019 should you purchase a copy of this course!
SpainDiscovery ....or not
I have the feeling that most if not all the information could be gleaned from the videos etc freely available on the On1 website. The presentation on the whole was good but I was concerned a little when some of the tools did not actually do what was being demonstrated. I also think that the last module should have been the first particularly if the course was aimed partly at newcomers to On1. Little point in learning about masking if you are unsure how to import pictures. I will recommend the product but it really depends on the person who is interested in learning about On1. Thanks to Nicole for the effort she has put into this project.
