Welcome to the NEW Nicolesy!

For the past two months, I’ve been working to integrate my online store and blog to be in the same place. This is a change I have been planning for some time, and I’m so happy that it has all finally become a reality! While many of the changes have happened behind the scenes, there are some changes I think you’ll really like when it comes to accessing your downloadable products.

Here’s what has changed (click on the linked items to jump to the details):

One of the biggest things you’ll notice is that your account page looks very different. You can now easily access and edit your account information, orders, downloads, and courses.

  • My Account: View and update your account information, such as name, email address, and password.

  • Payment methods: Add and edit your payment methods.

  • Orders: View your Nicolesy Store orders.

  • Downloads: Access all downloads.

  • My Courses: Access all online courses.

  • Support: Create and view support tickets directly from your account.

Downloads and orders

All orders have been imported from the previous platform I used, so all your downloads should be in your account. However, if you do not see all of your downloads in your account, it’s possible that you purchased the item with a different email address. Please try logging in with your alternate email address to access those downloads. Or, if you are unable to locate them, please contact me using the Support tab on your account page, and I’ll check into it for you.

Please note: All download links from previous email receipts will no longer work. You must access your downloads through your account page on this site to download your previous orders.


Aside from moving everything over to nicolesy.com and making some design changes, I added some additional features to improve your shopping experience.

“You already purchased this item”

If you have already purchased a product you are viewing and you are logged in, you will see a message on the page to let you know that you have already purchased it.

Product details

I made more customized updates to the product pages so that you can better understand what you get with each purchase, such as a product details section with information on software compatibility, software version used (as needed), and filetypes included with your download, and so on.

Updated design layout

The design has also been updated with a new layout, along with interactive before-and-after images on many products. This will help you better visualize presets and overlays’ effects on your photos before purchasing.


All online courses have now been reformatted in an easy-to-watch courses system.

Video courses and product tutorials

All video courses and product tutorials have been reformatted in an easy-to-watch online format. Go to the My Courses page in your account to view your enrolled courses. This page shows all premium and free video tutorials, as well as any product tutorials that go along with your preset or texture packs.

Note: If your purchase also includes the videos as downloads, those can be accessed through your downloads page.


Support tickets are now integrated into your account.

Submit a support ticket

You can now submit support tickets directly through your account page. This will allow you to quickly view any messages you have sent me through this system.
