07 — Using ON1 Photo from Lightroom, Photoshop, and Photoshop Elements

The beauty of ON1 Photo is that it is not only a standalone program. This newest update allows us to process Raw photos, but for those who still use Lightroom and Photoshop (myself included!), you can continue using ON1 Photo RAW’s editing modules. In this lesson, I will demonstrate the following:

• How to set the Preferences in ON1 Photo RAW to work with Lightroom and Photoshop
• The method to open a photo from Lightroom into ON1 Photo (Layers and Effects)
• Manually installing Photoshop and Photoshop Elements plugin files
• Show the process of using Photoshop and ON1 Photo together, including the use of Smart Objects for non-destructive layer editing
• Re-opening an ON1 PSD file into Photoshop for further editing
