When you have a simple, boring sky as your background, one thing you can do to enhance the photograph is to replace that sky with a new one. In this video I demonstrate how to replace a sky using Adobe® Photoshop® using the Select and Mask feature. I also show how you can use Smart Objects to more easily swap out different skies.

Hi Paul, you are welcome to send me an email with a screenshot of your problem. Please use the contact information on this page (under the “About > Send a Message” menu drop down).
Nicole, I can’t see anywhere to download those free skies mentioned in your email. Are they on this Web page somewhere and I just can’t find it? Thanks.
David,
You have to be subscribed to the newsletter I believe to have received the link to the download. If you are, just check your email.
John
Hi David! There’s a direct link in the email you received, and you can also access it from my blog (I just posted it here today): https://nicolesy.com/2018/07/16/free-sky-overlays-download/
It requires a name/email signup, but if you are already subscribed then the download button will appear moments after you enter in your information.
Thx Nicole. Good luck with the move!
