I am in New York right now to attend the Photo Plus Expo. It’s the first time I have had the chance to make it out for this conference, and I have a feeling I will be making his a regular, yearly trip. I also LOVE New York, so it’s a good excuse to come back and spend time in the city.
Today was the last day of the Expo, and we just finished walking around with a good group of photographers at a photowalk in Madison Square Park. I picked up a new Lensbaby kit at the show, and it was a good excuse to try out the Edge 80 in the park. I have a feeling I’ll be playing with this lens with my food photography, so I’ll have more to share on that in the coming weeks.
Thankfully, I’m done with travel for several months, so I have some time to finish up my current eBook, and then start work on a few more book projects early next year. I’ll be squeezing in some time to relax and do some epic waterfall shooting over the holidays, too.
For now, though, I’ll leave you with this adorable squirrel who wanted to make friends. Have a great weekend!
